Prior to returning your Mitsubishi, you will have to complete a lease inspection. So you’ll know what to expect. To verify your lease maturity date, please contact one of our Lease Maturity Specialists by calling 1-800-300-0269 at your convenience, in order to obtain this information directly.
Approximately 75 days before your lease maturity, you can expect a call from AutoVIN Canada, our preferred inspection company which will arrange an appointment for a brief vehicle inspection. The inspection can be done anywhere you choose, including your office or home.
After AutoVIN Canada evaluates the condition of your Mitsubishi, Inspection Report will be available online within 48 hours outlining the condition of your vehicle. If your Mitsubishi requires any maintenance or repairs, you are highly encouraged to have the work completed prior to the vehicle lease maturity date. To ensure all repairs or maintenance are completed properly, please visit Yonge North Mitsubishi service department.
Your Mitsubishi must be returned to your authorized Mitsubishi Retailer before or on the lease maturity date. Please schedule your appointment with your Yonge North Mitsubishi in advance to review your vehicle’s condition and confirm all necessary maintenance and/or repairs have been completed. Please ensure that owner’s manual, both sets of keys, vehicle accessories such as floor mats (as applicable) and original ownership are returned with the vehicle. Once confirmed, you and your Retailer will sign a Vehicle Return Confirmation Form to complete the vehicle turn-in process. You may also settle any applicable excess wear and use charges at this time.
